AVID completed an extensive building review for a renovation and expansion of the Southern Alberta Art Gallery, located in Lethbridge. Our report, in collaboration with HarGroup Management Consultants, included a needs assessment, a business planning framework, and a set of preliminary architectural design concepts. The proposed renovation seeks to offer additional programming and public engagement opportunities to the community, to function more efficiently and effectively, and to facilitate larger and more advanced art exhibition requirements.
