Right At Home Beacon Heights
The Right At Home Housing Society is looking to develop a new affordable housing complex in the Edmonton area with a primary goal of sustainability. Working within a collaborative process, the project has a diverse team comprised of various disciplines working together on all aspects of the project and aiming towards Net Zero certification for the development.
Located in a transit-oriented area, this multi-family development will be constructed utilizing precast concrete construction, with one-, two-, four-, and six-bedroom units. Each level has both indoor and outdoor community amenity spaces, including a rooftop patio with an area for community gardens. Solar panels will also be located on the roof to generate power for the community spaces and private dwellings within the development.
